This notice describes what information the 2026 Resident Council nomination website collects, why it collects it, and how it is transmitted. Please read it before submitting a nomination.

Information Collected

The nomination form asks for the nominator’s and nominee’s names, apartment number, community, telephone number, email address, the position being nominated for, and a short nomination statement. Only information you enter into the form is collected.

Purpose of Collection

Information is collected solely to administer the 2026 Resident Council nomination and election process, including reviewing nominations, verifying eligibility, and contacting the nominator or nominee if follow-up is needed.

Email Transmission

The website does not intentionally store completed nomination submissions in an application database. After submission, the information is transmitted by a secure server-side process to the designated recipient by email. Copies may remain in the email systems of the sender, recipient, or email service provider according to their retention practices.

No Nomination Database

Completed nomination submissions are not written to an application database on this website. The website does not build a searchable record of nominators, nominees, or submissions.

Limited Use

Information you submit is used only for Resident Council election administration. It is not sold, rented, or shared for marketing purposes, and it is not used to build advertising profiles.

Security Limitations

Reasonable technical measures are used to transmit nomination information, including HTTPS in the browser and a server-side email process. No method of transmitting information over the Internet or by email can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the form.

Retention in the Recipient’s Email System

Because the submission is delivered by email, copies of the nomination may remain in the recipient’s mailbox, the sender’s outbox, and the email provider’s systems for as long as those systems retain messages. Retention of those email copies is governed by the practices of the email systems involved, not by this website.

Children’s Information

This website is intended for adult residents participating in the Resident Council election process. It is not designed for use by children, and information about children should not be submitted through the nomination form.

This notice may be updated as the election process, technology, or contact information changes. The current version of the notice is the version published on this page.

Please do not submit sensitive information

To protect your privacy, do not enter any of the following into the nomination form:

  • Social Security numbers
  • Financial account information (bank, credit, or debit accounts)
  • Government identification numbers (driver’s license, passport, benefits ID)
  • Medical information
  • Passwords or account credentials
  • Any other sensitive information that is not necessary to identify the nominator or nominee
